Do you love hospitality, enjoy leading a team, and have a knack for keeping multiple operations organized? We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor & Bartender to help oversee bar service, food and beverage inventory, purchasing, and events at our boutique hotel.
This part-time role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys a mix of bartending, team leadership, and behind-the-scenes organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Bartend and oversee beverage service for hotel guests and private events.
- Establish and maintain bar setup, opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and responsible alcohol service.
- Supervise and support bartenders, ensuring excellent service and consistent standards.
- Manage food, beverage, and bar inventory, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, and stock rotation.
- Monitor costs, minimize waste, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate food and beverage needs for events and special functions.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth event execution and seamless guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality supervision, and bartending.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
- Ability to lead a team, establish procedures, and work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events.
