"I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Shreveport. The rooms are immaculate, tastefully decorated, and oh so peaceful. We’ve chatted with the G.M., Newt, Nancy and several other employees who have all been delightful, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and was quite tasty. We look forward to staying with you many more times."

"Our stay here was great. When we arrived and parked our car we were able to walk to all our outings. The hotel itself was wonderful, nice spacious room with comfortable bedding and sitting area. The fitness room has lots to offer, the pool was a nice relaxing time as well. The breakfast area was well maintained every morning and there was knowledgeable staff on duty at all times. The service was great. Did not visit the spa but they offer lots of nice relaxing services."

"Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Louisiana with our family. Seriously, our kids were worried that our next hotel, in New Orleans, wouldn't measure up! From the frosted cookies and friendly staff upon check-in (it was so nice how the front desk staff member helped us get our bags to our room!!) to the BEAUTIFUL room (we had a suite with one bedroom and two pull-out twin beds, plus they were more than happy to bring us an air mattress and bedding) to the lovely lobby with round-the-clock refreshments and a great breakfast, to the nice swimming pool...everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its proximity to the Mudbug Madness festival. My family was very happy I found this through my nonstop Internet searching."
